It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure delivery details are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

If the recipient is unavailable, flowers may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour where appropriate.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, cancellations and refunds are limited.

Orders may be cancelled or amended only if sufficient notice is given and before preparation has begun. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery, providing details and, where applicable, photographic evidence.

Refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion and in accordance with your statutory rights.

Enquiries submitted through the website do not constitute a binding agreement until confirmed. Custom or bespoke arrangements may require additional terms, which will be communicated before acceptance.
